1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services offered by Mat Media ("we", "us", "our"), including brand identity design, video content production, and e-commerce solutions. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Mat Media provides creative and marketing services including but not limited to logo design, brand identity packages, video ads, social media content, and e-commerce ad creatives, as described on our pricing page. Exact deliverables, timelines, and revision counts for each package are listed at the time of purchase.

3. Ordering & Payment

Orders are placed through our client portal. Payment is due in full before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.

4. Revisions

Each order includes a set number of free revisions as specified in the package description (currently 3 revisions per order, completed within 48 hours). Additional revisions beyond this may be subject to an extra fee.

5. Delivery Times

We work Monday to Friday. Standard delivery timelines are provided at checkout. Rush/24-hour delivery is available as an add-on and covers weekend turnaround.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverable transfers to the client, except for any third-party assets (such as licensed stock footage, fonts, or music) which remain subject to their original license terms. Mat Media reserves the right to display completed work in its own portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate brief information, timely feedback, and any assets needed (logos, product photos, brand guidelines) to complete the order. Delays caused by missing client input may affect delivery timelines.

8. Ad Platform Compliance

We aim to follow current advertising policies for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google. If a delivered ad is rejected by a platform, we will revise it free of charge. We are not responsible for account-level restrictions, ad account bans, or policy changes made by third-party platforms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mat Media's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost sales.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at our discretion, in which case any unused payment will be refunded according to our Refund Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Affiliate Disclosure

Mat Media participates in the Shopify Affiliate Program. This means that if you sign up for Shopify through a link on our website, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. We only recommend Shopify because we work with it directly and believe it's a strong platform for e-commerce and dropshipping brands.
